In order to achieve Realys’s goal of dramatically increasing brand awareness, the management board needed to invest in its digital strategy. The previous website had acted as a business card for the company, whereas the new website needed to be a lead generator. As part of the 2017 rebrand programme, I led the team, including our brand and website agency Ascend Studio, to design and deliver the new company website in four months.
The primary objective for Realys in 2016-17 was to dramatically increase brand awareness. Pivotal to achieving the goal was a company rebrand to better articulate and communicate the company and its services. With ambitious targets, I appointed Ascend Studio as Realys’s brand agency and led the team to complete the rebrand in just four months. We successfully launched the rebrand programme on 26 April 2017, on time and under budget, complete with all templates, collateral, merchandise and a new website.
INTEGRATED LAUNCH CAMPAIGN
The tech start up, Retail and Me, required a brand, website and collateral to launch its business, secure investment and gain interest from retailers. Working with Think Studio as a brand agency, I project managed the integrated brand launch which included a website, video, advertising, social media and event sponsorship. We launched the brand at Retail Week Buzz in late 2016 and are currently sourcing funding.
CLIENT CASE STUDIES
Client case studies are a great way to capture and showcase award-winning work. These can come in the form of a beautifully designed, hard back, table top book, along with stunning photography, client interviews and a video. I have produced many of these case studies including these two for Gieves & Hawkes and Hackett London on behalf of ISG.
Once an opportunity has landed in the business, there is often very little time to respond. It is usually a highly competitive situation and each company wants to stand out from the crowd. Having created and led marketing and proposal departments for over five years, I have produced many RFP, ITT, RFI and PQQ responses, including all content, imagery and graphic design.
In order for the external market to understand what makes you different, it is necessary for your employees to be articulate and be up to date with the company, its news and its experience. I have worked on many internal communication programmes from a ‘My Day Friday’ campaign focused on employee engagement and wellbeing, to a quarterly magazine series.
